"This is the 4th home I have purchased through Agustin, the first three were fairly straight-forward, however this one ended up having a ton of hoops to jump through, mostly keeping up with seller demands/house issues/inspection craziness. I received phone calls and text messages every time anything big or small came up, I felt as if I was always right in the loop with no surprises. Agustin always knows the next step, what is coming up and in what order, what’s normal and not normal, how you should approach curveballs...I never felt as if I was not 100% informed. He knows the lending side as well, and can pretty much answer any question you can throw at him. I have a couple of close friends and family members that are (good) realtors, and I still called Agustin when it was time to purchase another house. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would."
